In the Heart of the Sea is an upcoming biographical disaster drama-thriller film directed by Ron Howard. This movie is based on Nathaniel Philbrick's 2000 non-fiction book of the same name, about the sinking of the whaleship Essex.
This movie set in 1820, the whaleship Essex is led by Captain George Pollard, Jr. (Benjamin Walker), first officer Owen Chase (Chris Hemsworth), second officer Matthew Joy (Cillian Murphy), and cabin boy Thomas Nickerson (Tom Holland). The ship is sunk because it is rammed by a Sperm Whale and leave the crew at sea for 90 days.
I think this movie is worth it to watch because I like the poster :p . I can't say more about the movies now, but after I watch it maybe I can add some opinions about it. For now, here's the trailer.
